the festival was wonderful! i had such a great time, and i did far better than i had hoped to.
these folks were checking out my tide will bring and tide will take ring.
it’s always a good show piece; it gets people’s attention.
many people who bought my jewelry last year came back again this year to find me. the woman who bought my precious phoenix bracelet came back, and it was lovely to see it again. i also met many wonderful new customers. it was just so fun to be there, all set up, with all of my hard work on display, and to get such a positive reaction from folks. i truly do love doing shows. this was my last one for a while and although i am looking forward to getting back to making more of my one of a kind pieces and listing them on etsy, i am definitely a bit sad.
tomorrow i will be listing many new pieces in the etsy shop, so be on the lookout. (hopefully i will be sharing them with you here as well, but i am not sure if it will work or not.) also, tomorrow evening glenn and i leave for our anniversary river trip! we will be floating the lower san juan river, mexican hat to clay hills, 58 river miles, in duckies, with a guide to do all of the work, loading and unloading, cooking, cleaning, etc while we just relax and hike and float. his parents are here now to stay with the girls while we are away. we are very excited. i will be completely unplugged and in relaxation mode for five days. i cannot wait!

Your booth is sooooo gorgeous! Glad the show went so well! I am just starting out in silver smithing. My husband and I love to vacation in the beautiful Centennial State of CO. My goal is to make to such an Arts Festival one day. You do such beautiful work and have such a beautiful mountain setting for display! Much love!!!!!! – Joy
well thank you so very much, m’dear! good luck to you in your silversmithing endeavors; it is a wonderful road to tread.
