i had a truly wonderful time on my latest adventure. it was a bit of a whirlwind trip, three states in five days, but so much fun. i saw the felice brothers three times and had a lovely visit with my oldest friend megan and her family.

i got to spend one full day at a very beautiful beach in charleston, south carolina. you know how i love the ocean.

dave is so sweet; he is definitely the friendliest in the band. he always comes to talk to me and this time he told me that "from now until forever" i have his permission to say whatever i need to in order to get right up front at shows. in charleston i tried it out; i said "i take photos for the band." very cool.

here is dear megan and her sweet husband, ousseynou, who is an outstanding cook. it was so great to catch up with her!
when i saw the felice brothers in may in denver i told christmas, the bass player, i would like to make him a ring. i brought my ring sizer on this trip with me and sized him in augusta. this is what i came up with for him. i pierced the word “FELICE” around the outside, and the inside has all the names of the members of the band. the band band. get it?
i will give it to him when i see them on monday in denver. i am also going to see them on tuesday in salt lake city. after that i will be home for a while. our house is nearing completion and it will be fun to get all settled in. i know that all of you dear readers think i am crazy following them around the way i do. but, if they are coming to a city near you, (you can view their tour schedule here) go see them and then you will understand. i promise.

Kristi….i think it’s awesome you’re following a band your passionate about and that obviously you have your families support in doing so. The ring you made is pretty creative….i applaud you for attempting guy’s jewelry…I’m too afraid! Also I love Charleston, SC….haven’t been there in quite a long time….also your’s freinds little baby is soooo adorable. Take care and hugs, Sue
